Product Features

Does the template support heading and footers?

Yes you can use template fields in Headers and Footers. Page numbers are automatically updated.

Can I use text area sections?

Yes! You can use variables or fields in text area sections

How does the team feature works?

Teams allow any of your collegues to access your templates or generated documents.

Do you have a native Zapier Integration?

No currently but it's on our roadmap. As workaround you could webhooks both to generate documents and to download generated documents.

Do you have a native Powerautomate Integration?

Do you have a native Make.com Integration?

Does the product support online Signatures?

Currenly the product does not offer this feature but we plan to integrate with well know signature platforms in the future.

Security And Privacy

Are youy GDPR Complaint?

We use your data to generate documents once. After document generation, the data is deleted from our Database. All generated documents expired after 7 days by default, after this time documents are automatically deleted.

Where is the product hosted?

The product is hosted in the EU

Pricing & Trails

What are my payment options?

All payments are made via credit card or paypal. For Enterprise accounts, we can issue an annual invoice with payment via PO and/or ACH, wire, or check. Please contact us for more information.

What happens when I hit my usage limits?

If you reach our document limits, you’ll still be able to generate documents. We’ll let you know about the overage, and give you a grace period to find a plan that fits your needs!

What is a created document?

A document generated from a template. Each time you create a document will count towards your subscriptions

What are test document?

When you use the internal tool to try your template or send the "test" param in your API call, we will watermark your generated PDF and those test will not count toward your subscription limits.

How does a free trial work?

You’ll get 14 days of access, with a 50 documents limit. At the end of your trial, you will have to purchase your plan if you want to continue creating documents.

What happens at the end of my trial?

After your trial period concludes, you may either purchase the plan you're currently using or select a different one. Please note that your templates and data will be purged 30 days post-trial expiry unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
